How Solace Advocates Work With You
Solace is covered nationwide by medicare and most major commercial insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and more.
Solace connects patients with dedicated healthcare advocates—registered nurses and other healthcare experts with an average of 16 years' experience across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings. They handle every detail, from scheduling the right appointments and coordinating between doctors to managing medical records and appealing denied claims. For every hour spent communicating directly with patients, advocates spend about three additional hours working on their care behind the scenes.
Solace and Walmart do not share any data with one another as part of this partnership. If you choose to work with a Solace advocate, you decide what information to share. Solace is a HIPAA-compliant platform. Any information you provide is used solely to support your care. Your advocate and the systems needed to coordinate your care are the only ones with access, and only with your permission. You may also choose to share information with loved ones.
