Why We’re Different

We pair you with one advocate who gets to know your healthcare goals—and stays with you. We’re here when you need us.
Independent
Your advocate works for you. Their only priority is what’s best for your care.
Years of Experience
Advocates come from nursing and other healthcare backgrounds, with over 15 years’ experience on average. They joined Solace to stop patients from falling through the cracks.
“My advocate changed my life.”
“My advocate got me a scooter, set up Meals on Wheels, and even arranged for a housekeeper. Now I can get to my mailbox, live in a clean home, and eat real food instead of microwave meals. She’s changed my moods and my whole life.”

Eligibility, Cost & Coverage
Yes. Solace advocate services are covered by Medicare, including both Original Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans. We’re in network with major carriers such as UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Wellcare, and more.
Patients pay nothing beyond their standard Medicare deductible or coinsurance.
We make billing simple and predictable:
- Before you start: We’ll verify your Medicare eligibility
- If your plan requires cost sharing: We’ll tell you your deductible or coinsurance
- If anything changes: You’ll hear from us before you’re billed.
We’re here to make care easier, not harder. That includes how we work with your insurance.
