Supporting and empowering Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma patients.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma has served Oklahomans for over 85 years, but navigating their complex appeal process and authorization requirements can be overwhelming, especially in the state's many rural communities. Your Solace advocate understands BCBSOK's systems inside and out—from securing prior authorizations to appealing denied claims and coordinating specialist care. They'll handle the paperwork, persistent follow-ups, and endless phone calls so you can focus on your health instead of fighting with insurance.
Best of all, most patients pay nothing out of pocket.

About

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK), a division of Health Care Service Corporation, is Oklahoma's oldest and largest private health insurer, serving members throughout the state for more than 85 years. They offer a range of coverage options including individual and family plans, employer group plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans, with metallic levels from Bronze to Gold on the Health Insurance Marketplace. While BCBSOK provides access to a substantial network of providers, members often face challenges with their multi-tiered authorization requirements and complex appeal processes. As of January 2025, BCBSOK has also implemented new restrictions on out-of-state care, limiting coverage for non-emergency or non-urgent care outside Oklahoma and its border counties unless the service is unavailable within the state—adding another layer of complexity for members who need specialized care not available locally.

Your supporting physician can unlock resources for you and your advocate that might otherwise be out of reach.
